Landscape design and installation – Each and every installation is very important to us! Interact closely with our professional landscape designer to achieve a result reflective of you and your personal preferences. During our consultation we ask probing questions and pay close attention to what you, our client has to say. This allows us to develop a design that fits your budget as well as your desires. A professional design will eliminate costly mistakes in plant selection and solve the problem of plant placement.
The number one error in landscaping is the underestimation of cost and effort required to achieve the desired results. The average cost of a complete landscape installation is 10% of the value of the home. Often, the only affordable way to complete the landscape properly is to break it down into a two or three year project.
Computer Imaging – We’ve been providing this service for over ten years now and are amazed at how many of our clients say “now I can ‘picture’ what you are talking about”. Most people can’t look at a blueprint and “see” how our design will unfold. A picture is worth a thousand words.
We offer two options with this service – Together, we design your project. You are given a computer image of the design, an overview layout and a plant list with care instructions. You then install your project in your own time and as budget allows. With your design, you will know which plants to put where. We take the guess work out of plant selection and placement.
Together, we design your project. You sit back and watch us make your dream a reality. Your plan can easily be implemented in phases as your budget allows.

Bring the magic and excitement of live reindeer at your holiday event. By renting our friendly reindeer, you will leave your guests of all ages experiencing the wonder and nostalgia of Christmas past.
Our display includes: 2 reindeer, containment pen, clean up, liability insurance, experienced handler to answer questions and to take care of the animals. And so many wonderful memories for your guests to carry with them.
We are happy to customize our displays for your event or private party. We are travel friendly.

Your reindeer encounter includes:
Interaction, petting, and feeding the real reindeer in their pen and barnyard with just your group. Yes, that is right – it is a personalized time for just you and your group.
Learn about these magical animals.
Learn what they eat.
Where they are native to and how they fly from experienced handlers.
Ask our experienced handlers questions.
After you meet our reindeer, your group will enjoy free refreshments around the bonfire including popcorn, hot chocolate, and apple cider. Optional craft will be available for free for the kids to enjoy.
Your group will have the opportunity to take pictures with Santa’s sleigh.

Whitetail Acres Tree Farm
We offer a variety of shade and ornamental trees. Please call us and stop by to see what trees we have available. If you are looking to buy trees in the Greater Cincinnati, we have you covered. With our broad selection and variety of trees, we are able to best fit your goals.
For your convenience, we offer delivery and planting options for all of our trees. In addition, choose from our 3 different grades of trees to help you reach your goals and stay within budget.
Premium Tree Grade
Our premium tree grade offers which are very full and nicely shaped all the way around the tree. They are used for landscaping and accent trees.
Grade 2 Trees
Our Grade 2 trees are healthy with maybe a gap on one side, higher branched evergreen or not as tightly branched but still a nice tree. They are used for economical screens and wind breaks.
Park Grade Trees
Our Park Grade Trees are healthy but more natural and open. A park grade may have a crook in the trunk or crack in the bark. They are used for reforestation or wildlife cover.

Kevin and Alice Priessman started Whitetail Acres in 1984 as a Christmas tree farm nestled in the fertile Indiana countryside near Brookville, Indiana. With now two locations, Whitetail Acres is a full service Garden Center, Tree Farm, Nursery, Landscape Company, and Reindeer Farm.
